System Test

Each piece undergoes a 107-point process at Avante, including:

• All sub assembly functional testing, replace parts as needed
• Beam on testing of dose output, flatness and symmetry and dosimetry system
• Operational and calibration test of MLC and Portal Vision

Cosmetic Process

Professionally re-painting of:

• Covers with OEM-type textured paint
• Patient couch

Shipment

• 17 point pre-shipment check list and inventory
• Transported in specialized air ride vehicle

Installation

• Unloading and mechanical assembly by Med Vest Technology Oncology Services team of mechanical engineers
• Machine start up, operational checks and adjustments by Med Vest Technology Systems engineer
• Acceptance testing to validate machine meets all OEM specifications
