Cancelled: AAMI Exchange 2020 – Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation Conference

The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation 2020 Annual Conference, now known as the AAMI Exchange, has been cancelled. The event was originally scheduled for  June 12-15 in New Orleans, but this year's meeting has been has been cancelled due to concerns surrounding the current global COVID-19 outbreak.

"We made this decision to protect the health and safety of our community," says AAMI's statement at aami.org.

The AAMI Exchange is a four-day conference geared to a wide range of HTM professionals, from biomedical equipment technicians to clinical engineers, biomedical engineers, and healthcare and hospital IT specialists. Clinicians and other medical equipment professionals are also welcome to attend. The conference features keynote addresses from industry leaders, networking opportunities, and an exhibit hall dedicated to the latest advancements in the medical equipment world.
