How to Access Hardware and Firmware Revisions on Philips IntelliVue M3015A Microstream CO2 Module

This week we asked Med Vest Technology experts Philip Truong and Nick Chiarilli for their tips on accessing hardware and firmware revisions on a Philips IntelliVue M3015A Microstream CO2 Module. Read their tips below:

  1. Pair Philips InteliVue M3015A EtcO2 Module with Philips IntelliVue M3001A MMS module.
  2. Connect M3015A and M3001A to MSL connector behind MP50, MP70 or any other compatible monitor.
  3. Connect Microstream CO2 (M3015A) sample line.
  4. Turn on monitor.
  5. Press the Main Menu button.
  6. Scroll down to Revisions option, Press Revisions.
  7. On the bottom part of the screen you will see option for M8007A (MP70) and M3001A, select M3001A.
  8. Scroll down until you see CO2 then select.
  9. Press CO2 option and it will display the Hardware and Firmware of the M3015A.
  10. This information will let you know what type of leak check to perform.
